This little swiss-knife is an evolution of the previous Evolution model. This model, which is different from the “genuine swiss army knife” only by its ergonomic handles, was probably the most innovative change in the line of the little pocket red knives. I got one of these little knife when they came out, and I found it not that bad, very comfortable and with the same bulk than a classic model - but I can see the point of adding non-slip rubber insert on this part of the knife, when used in a wet atmosphere (I’m thinking mostly about kitchens). Since this handles are ambidextruous, there will be no discrimination against southpaw people.

The tools selection is rather classical (screwdrivers, saw, cissors, blade…). You will not be very surprised by them.

The lack of evolutivity (and of hackability) is my only disappointement in this case, as usual with . I think that Wenger could, at least, propose these handles as a spare accessory for people which already got a 85 mm Wenger knife.

Retail price begins at $ 25.
